Your whole year, one screen
Booked Held Free

An illustration of a year of hall availability, showing booked, provisionally held and free dates across twelve months.

Every Saturday in season, at a glance. No flipping back through the register, no ringing the office to ask whether the 14th is still open.

The problem

Bookings leak in three places.

The hall that replies first usually gets the booking.

A family messages three halls on a Sunday evening. Yours is on a phone sitting in the office until Monday.

One register, one desk, one person who knows.

If the manager is out, nobody can confirm a date without calling him. Two people write in the same square and you find out in November.

Advance taken in January. Function in November.

Nobody remembers what is still owed until the week of the event, and then it is an awkward conversation with a family you want back.

What it does

Enquiry to final payment, without the register.

Enquiry inbox

Every call, WhatsApp and website enquiry in one list — with who replied, when, and what was quoted.

Date availability

Held, confirmed and free dates for every hall you run. Share a link so families can see what is open.

Advance & balance

What was paid, what is due, and who needs chasing this week. Receipts sent without hunting for a book.

Function sheet

One sheet for the day team: timings, guest count, catering, decor, contacts. Printed or on a phone.

Straight with you

This isn't built yet.

hallbookr is not a finished product. This page exists to find twenty hall owners who will tell me what actually needs fixing before a line of it gets written.

If you run a hall, fifteen minutes on a call is worth far more to me than an email address — and you will get to decide what this thing becomes.
